Wasn't advertised or hyped at all, they just picked it up at the last minute because it was available. Unless you were checking your TV schedule constantly you wouldn't know they were even airing it in the US. Not surprising.

His European ratings were off the charts though

Those that tuned in didn't check the schedule. 66% of the viewers that normally watch ESPN at that time did check it.

Wlad has a history of terrible ratings in the US.

And him being a foreigner has very little to do with it, look at the nice ratings that Golovkin and even Kovalev get. Not to mention Pacquiao.

It was not a brawl. Leapai tried for about half a round, gassed, and stood still for the rest of the fight while Wlad punched him.
