You ****heads. Maidana won at most 5 rounds. I thought it was closer than how it was scored. Even though the whole showtime staff had Mayweather winning the fight by a couple rounds which is accurate. Maidana did well in the early rounds. From 1-6. Id say he won 3-4 of those. Mainly because of the cut Mayweather suffered and the fact that he wasn't busy. But Mayweather dominated every round from 7-12 easily. The reason is Maidana used a lot of energy throwing those punches. The problem was he wasn't landing **** significant like he did against Broner. He never hurt Floyd. But when Floyd dug down to the body like his dad was telling him, he backed Maidana up and start walking him down. I got respect for Maidana for giving the best p4p fighter a tough fight. But he didn't ****ing win and he's delusional to believe so. It was a close fight but Mayweather pulled that **** out like he always does. All the close fights I've seen Mayweather in look the same. He starts out slow in the beginning, makes adjustments and beats the **** out of you the rest of the fight. **** I thought he was going to stop Maidana. I wish he would've went to the body more. That left hook was so ****ing loud. I know Maidana felt that ****. Mayweather really should focus more on body work and he'll break these lames down. Mayweather's speed is still superb, his defense is still superb(evident that Maidana threw 800 ****ing punches and still got outlanded by Mayweather), and he can hit you and hurt you. Im not gone say the best ever. But of this generation, outside of the Roy Jones generation, the best in this generation of boxing easy.

You lames mad that he aint lose yet. Continue to buy his PPVs dumb asses. You talk all this **** about the guy but I bet you buying his PPVs. Good job. If no rematch with Maidana, can we get Thurman in there? One Time! ****, let One Time **** with Maidana. He'll break that motha****az ribs too. One Time is the next star at welterweight for years to come believe that! Maidana ran from Thurman before he even made a name for himself. They aint wanna **** with One Time! Come now. He'll stop Maidana and I think he would beat Porter too. One Time!

Floyd didn't sweep **** in the 12th round. When Maidana got him on the ropes, he did have success to the body, consistently, and he also found a lot of success - surprisingly - with his jab.

If Mayweather cared about fans he would have fought Manny, Martinez at 150, etc. In the same way he had an excuse ready for his virtual loss to Castillo, he had one ready here too. In fact, I believe he even had a second excuse for the fight this weekend - an apparent injury (not confirmed by x-rays or anything, of course).

The reason Maidana gave him more problems than Canelo, Guerrero, Ortiz, etc. is because Maidana is a different breed - wild and aggressive. It's similar to how Hatton gave him problems, but Maidana is bigger than Hatton.

I believe a rematch would be different, but not as Floyd imagines it. Maidana will drop Floyd if they fight again. He might even knock him out - especially if his choice of gloves is permitted.

The reigning pound for pound king had promised he would not move and stay in front of Maidana and was forced to deal with the relentlessness Maidana is known to bring. Many are already calling for a rematch and Mayweather assures if they do fight a second time, things will be a lot different.

Floyd fans are delusional Floyd absolutley lost the 12th round as he usually does, any missed punch of floyds got counted by showtime-****-riders floyd at best took 3- 4 rounds and even those werent anything to write home about ,
Chinos shots clearly hurt Floyd more and were more effective, that hes wild and not as accurate didnt mean a damned thing,
at the end of the day Maidana was far more effective Floyds occasional potshots did nothing to dissuade or even shake this man.
Maidana whupped that ass quite thoroughly ,I too was surprised to see Chino consitently out-jabbing him even in the center of the ring!!Chino was landing some very crisp jabs that didnt allow Mayweather to get into any sort of rythm. The pace of the fight was set by Chino and it remained that way till the end.

yeah its easy to hate a guy thats lost at least 2-3 times and have to listen to him brag about fights he didnt win and boast about a fake undefeated record ,especially when he lost as blatantly as he did on saturday and still be given a win .
If Maidana beat Jr as easily as he did one wonders what a Prime Manny wouldve done to him 3-4 years ago he probably wouldve Hattoned' his punk ass!!!
