Also...Mayweather did not allow him to use the puncher's gloves Maidana always wears which spared him of Maidana's true force.

The problem is, people hold Mayweather to such a high standard that even laying hands on him earns a round in the minds of some people. Doing better than others doesn't equal a win. If we take an honest look at the quality of punches actually landed, it's clear that Floyd did enough, even if MM did give him hell.

Fans I have been writing here from time to time, and even when Im not a fan of Mayweather I respect him, because Im a fan of boxing. I gave Floyd 8 rds out of 12. Maidana is my boy he is a rugged and tough individual that comes to fight and throw punches in bunches, But the reality of things is that Floy landed the more significant punches. That made the difference! One thing I did see was a slower Floyd his feet as not as fast as they used to be and he got to thank himself for never being out of shape and stay focused other wise Maidana would of had beat him.

You aren't addressing the question of the scorecards. Your post doesn't belong in this thread, as it has nothing to do with the topic here.

The ref? Come on now, he was fouled something fierce. If he had the ref a point would've at least been taken for the knee

It may be an inconvenient truth, but it's relevant to the quote I replied to.

I had Floyd winning 7-5. I don't see hw Maidana could have won those last 2 rounds. I was going insane wanting him to throw more in the last 2 but he didn't. He should have gone all-out the last round at least.
                  I'll rewatch in the future.
