you're an idiot larry. commissions have flaws alright but can you imagine a sports without a regulatory body? everything would be a mess and would be a lot worse.

what would happen to boxing without a commission? would you rather have these egotistic fighters like floyd to have their own rules for their fights? they would impose every advantage they could get against their opponents. hell, even with the presence of commissions they're already doing that what more if there's no regulations.

you have no clue what you're talking about.

You really are a Floyd **** sucker. You're dumb ****ing question has been answered you just have to read. Yeah the commission has made mistakes but those are what 3 or 4 instances out of how many? Also it's a totally different situation of a fighters wraps being done a certain way or having something I them than choosing 10 pairs of gloves or more that have been used in over 1000 fights and still your boy Froid refusing to fight. Also you talk about titos hand wraps not being legal anywhere that's another lie that you totally have no idea what you're talking about. The way tito wrapped his hands was legal everywhere including Vegas it was just not legal in the state on New York. This is a quote by ****m richardson talking about the gloves :

Nazeem Richardson: Trinidad was legal just not in NY, Margarito had a weapon!

It means that the people entrusted by the promoters and fighters signed off, gave their seal approval that the gloves in question (red pair) were fit for a championship boxing match.

The CEO of Everlast claimed to have documentation specific to those pair and the powder blue pair and was willing to have a full examination completed on both sets to prove they were viable options.

                  Has the commission made mistakes?

Yes, they have made mistakes that have resulted in serious injuries that ruined the lives and careers of some fighters. But, how many times have they gotten it right?

Obviously enough times to where there is a commission appointed and not Floyd Mayweather inspecting the gloves.

How come Mayweather and his legion of ball lickers only give a **** about the health of fighters and the integrity of the sport when it specifically applies to Floyd?

If Floyd and Ellerbe are so concerned about fighters' safety, where are they on Mayweather Promotions cards checking the gloves? Because according to NSAC code the Promoter is supposed to supply the gloves for the fighters on the card they are putting on.

It was never an issue before. Just like drug testing was never an issue before a certain someone came along.

If I was Everlast I would be pissed and would get all the documents that back the quality control procedures that were adhered to in the process of manufacturing those gloves. Who is Floyd to say PRECISELY how much padding and where the padding is distributed in the glove to make that judgment call?

That's why he hires the commission that has kept his ass safe for 46 fights now.
