Jus rewatched and both could easily scored as been Maidanas.

Naw. Both rounds Floyd landed nearly every single clean punch the first half of the rounds. Maidana did better the 2nd half, but Floyd sealed them the last 30 seconds with right hands that were very eye catching. The 11th could have been even though.

very close rounds could have gone either way.
Had the fight level going into them so it depends what way you score these for a 115-113 for floyd a 114-114 or possibly but I'm less keen on it a 115-113 for maidana

I remember clearly giving the 12 to maidana can't remember the 11th.

Can be no argument for rd12 being a Floyd rd.

Same in the Canelo fight. People continually say Floyd won every rd. No you just didn't watch Floyd do nothing in rd 12.


I think Floyd stole the 11th with a hard right. I was pissed, because I was screaming for Maidana to punch the last ten seconds, and he wasn't doing anything, then boom, hard straigh from May and I knew that would swing the judges if they had second thoughts.

Mayweather clearly won the 11th but lost the 12th due to his inactiveness.
