I'm a huge fan of Floyds skills but he looked a step off his game last night. Most of this due to Maidana being a relentless beast but Khan did to Collazo what no other boxer has done before. Made him bow to his superior boxing and NEARLY stopped him. Khan reminded me of a 10 yrs younger Mayweather last night. Khan's fast hands and movement would give Floyd hell at this point in his career and possibly decision him. His chin held up well against a true welterweight in Collazo. I really don't think Floyds promoter will let Floyd fight Maidana in Sept. We shall see.

Don't think that's the case but he did put on an impressive performance. Especially considering most called for him to get stopped. he got hit flush a few times and didn't seem too phased. Hit held a bit much but all in all impressive.
The headliner was still the story of last night. That fight wasn't supposed to be competitive -

very true but the haters, most of whom said khan was going to get knocked out in round 1 and brought up julio diaz every given moment are now saying collazo was a bum, collazo was paid off, collazo was this collazo was that
knowing collazo gave tough fights to hatton, mosely, berto and ortiz
but khan totally dominating collazo, a tricky southpaw and laying him out 3 times, while being out of the ring for 12 months, new weight, new trainer= collazos a bumComment
