And you're an MMA fighter. Jon Jones ain't got nothing on your elbows! Not to mention you clinched like a mother all night too. Be quiet Floyd, be happy you got the decision. Lastnight was far from easy work!

      Wait what? lmao

He had plenty of chances to work inside the clinches. That's what won him a lot of rounds. Weeks did an excellent job of not ruining the fight by breaking up the fighters up every time they got into a clinch.

You will wish Weeks was in the ring when Team Mayweather gets a ref in there that doesn't allow any inside work in the rematch and the entire fight takes place in the center of the ring. Because that's exactly what's going to happen.

Again, this is about Floyd's control freakery. It's hard for him to understand a referee not catering to him. He's already planting the seed for the next referee to make sure Chino doesn't get away with being dirty (but of course his own clinching and elbow smashes should be allowed to slide).

And this is the same dude that always talks about having a level playing field...

That's why I'm skeptical about the rematch. I only want to see it if they get the same type of officiating that allows them to work inside. It made for a much better fight last night.

But it will probably be a guy that will break them up much more quickly and we will see Maidana get picked apart in the center of the ring the whole night.

Weeks did a great job, stayed out of the action and let both men fight relatively dirty.

Fair point. I mean, I want to see a rematch cos last night was high-drama and a momentous fight in a lot of ways but the more I think about it, the more I am sure it's not going to be as competitive. The fact that Team Mayweather seem receptive to a rematch is quite telling....

But he actually beat Collazo better than anyone else ever did. Clinching and armlocking is something that Ward does as well as Floyd and Hopkins. It's called being crafty. I rather he do that than just sit there and eat punches. Yall kill me complaining about clinching it's apart of boxing. Floyd Ward and Nard master the clinch, why? It's craft way to disrupt your opponent rhythm. And tire them out. Hunter added that to Khan game and it got him a win over a game as they come opp...
Floyd, Nard, Ward.. They keep fighting while controling the clinch!!! They control the clinch to see openings and take advantage of them... Khan just Grab the other guy until the referee separates them... The guy is not crafty at all... Damn.. He always trow the same reckless combination of straights punches.. He litteraly jump while trowing them and often end up landing on his opponent back.. When the opportunity to be ''Crafty'' is there, Khan take no chance and grab his opponent until the referee re-start the action. Khan grab them with no grace, no style and no pride at all... Khan lost his championship fight against Peterson because he is not Crafty enough to handle inside fighting.. Even in close quarters, he trow straight punches; looking kind of ******ed in the process!!

It takes confidence to become crafty and Khan has no confidence at all in any other aspect of his game, than offense... To become ''Crafty'' you have to try new things, experiment stuff, take some risks... Khan is the same one-trick-poney that got Koed by Prescott, knock down by Diaz, ****d by Peterson and Set in orbit by Garcia... And i don't recall the Maidana nightmare he went through..

Mayweather slip, duck and dodge 3 or 4 punches while making his opponent pay... When he grab his opponent, it's because the other guy went wild and land nothing but air, finding himself completely disorganised, face-first in Mayweather's chest...

Collazo is a good fighter, but nothing great.. Mosley shut him out, Hatton, Berto and journeyman Hernandez all won against him.. Collazo lost all his big fights!!! To top it all, when Collazo had Khan in danger, the referee decided that the moment was right to deduct 1 point for holding, giving Khan a chance to recover and to finish the round... If you look at it, when the ref is taking Khan apart to take the point away, Khan is not steady on his feets and has the same look on his face that when he was trying to recover from the Garcia's bomb! With 40 seconds to go in the round, Collazo could have put further damages on Khan, who was ready to go.. For me, when a fighter is hurt and manage to grab his opponent to survive the storm, it's not that bad. You can make a point for grabing your opponent like an old man who try to keep his umbrella on a windy day... But the referee saw it differently; letting Khan grab and push Collazo for no reasons during 8 rounds...

So... Still believe Khan is a ''Crafty'' Fighter?

To me, Khan is a glorified-amateur-one-trick-poney who will alway put himself in danger while on the offense and will always take punishment on the ropes, blinded by his high guard, waiting for an opening to grab of push his way out of danger...

A ''Crafty'' fighter would take advantage of an opening like this to put money in the bank by making his opponent pay...

They will prob get the guy who did jones ruiz jay nady to make sure no one goes to the ropes. Points deducted for going to the ropes is going to be floyds next clause.

He is blatant with that left right elbow combination though so that going to become legal
