One thing for floyd after this, boxers wont be scared anymore, he looked old/beatable

    old and slow? Lol. People aren't going to give Chino the credit he deserves because its Floyd he fought. Floyd looked good to me, Chino is just really ackward and a good fighter.

      It's such a lame excuse from Floyd to say he did it for the fans... I give Maidana props he almost did the unthinkable.
      It was clear that a lot of times it was in fact by choice. Especially in the first two rounds when Floyd just went through a barrage of punches on the ropes, Maidana backs off and gives him space for a few seconds and Floyd just looks at him and goes back to the ropes again. There was no reason for him not to move out of that spot at moments like that, he had shown that he could maneuver himself out of the ropes easily in other moments.

      I agree. Floyd's upper body reflexes were the same, still super fast. And his footspeed was still there as well, he just didn't use it much and chose to fight off the ropes a lot.

        maybe because... gasp...floyd was tired, people can get tired you know. or maybe maidana forced him on the ropes, he literally talked him into the ropes in the 11th
