That's the reason in a nutshell, although I hate to put it so bluntly. If Wlad was Puerto Rican or from the Bronx, with the exact same record and performances, then you'd see 70-80% of the haters reverse their opinions. That's a fact, sadly.

Being white never hurt in the heavyweight division(or anywhere else in the Western World)..I don't know what sheltered existance you live in..but you can't be white enuff in boxing.

Look at Pavlik..

He's fought a solid wall of BUMS and he doesn't get one third the hated Mayweather gets.


The Klit Brothers have both been KO'd....boring....and their opponents are often flabby and UNKNOWN to the public.

Main reasons why I do not like them:


Wlad is boring as ****, all I see is jabbing for the first 10 rounds then finally a KO he's scared to get in a brawl or throw early in the fight.

His Fans on this forums piss me off, especially guys like Werewolf and others who always make some racist remark or try to act like the only reason nobody likes them is because they are white even though everyone loves guys like Pavlik, Calzaghe, Kessler ETC. They ignore the fact that they are some of the most boring HW Champs EVER, in possibly the weakest HW division EVER.

People lost respect for Vitali as I did when he gave up against Byrd, I've seen guys with broken jaws, hands, ribs, dislocated shoulders, ETC all with worse injuries finish and win the fight. I lost all my respect for Wlad with his cowardly attitude, having his big brother beating up the guys who beat him and especially with the ridiculous contract with Haye.


I've tried to like them but these things have kept me from liking them.

Alright, I’m going to set everyone straight here on boxingscene regarding the increasing “Klitschko hatred.” Wlad Klitschko is one of my favorite boxers and I really have a lot of admiration for the man because of how he conducts in and out of the ring….

However, I confess to being ‘bored’ by some of his recent fights and find myself asking (begging really) for more exciting fights. In Wlad’s defense, his opposition has been lacking and you can’t have an exciting fight if only one guy is trying. The Thompson, Byrd II, Brock fights were decent; but the Austin, Ibragimov, and Rahman fights were awful. The latter opposition went into those fights just for the paycheck and did not give 100%- that is not Wlad’s fault people….

In any event, let me get to my point. Let’s all forget the past several years and focus on the future of the Klitschko brothers, Wlad in particular. In his next fight, you will see a side of Wladimir that you have never seen before; an exciting and entertaining side. There is two reason for this: 1.) David Haye is a very motivated and dangerous opponent who will go into this fight with the intention to win, and to win big (by KO). You did not see this with Thompson, Rahman, Ibragimov, Austin, etc…2.) Wlad is fired up and is genuinely enraged by Haye’s derogatory remarks and will want to enact some retribution for all of Haye’s Klitschko bashing..

So, I ask all the Klitschko haters, just watch this fight and be prepared to see Wladimir “rise to the occasion” and put on a wild and exciting hw show! You won’t be disappointed…
