I'm not surprised with those predictions. I'm a big Maidana fan and am pulling for him all the way, but there's two different levels of fighter here. Maidana just isn't fast enough. I see Floyd more or less dominating in a not too exciting affair.

I always pick Floyd to win but I am going with El Chino on this one. The way Maidana throws his punches, I doubt his shoulder roll can protect him this time. Unless Floyd is loaded with lots of stamina to avoid going toe to toe, Maidana will rock Floyd and that will be the end of the fight. those wild punches with bad intentions will seal it for El Chino.

I'm not surprised with those predictions. I'm a big Maidana fan and am pulling for him all the way, but there's two different levels of fighter here. Maidana just isn't fast enough. I see Floyd more or less dominating in a not too exciting affair.

Maidana's glaring weakness is his inability to step side-to-side. He simply has no lateral movement. Then, when he comes forward, he leans too much and gets his upper body in front of his toes. Look at the Alexander fight, Devon stepped to the side and ran Chino into the ropes all night.

Finally, Maidana can't take shots to the body or chin.
