LAS VEGAS - Floyd Mayweather made a big point to highlight J'Leon Love at Wednesday's news conference for his fight against Marcos Maidana on Saturday at the MGm Grand on Showtime PPV.

Mayweather called Love, who is on The Money Team, one of the most talented fighters in the sport and a future world champion. Love, who is 17-0 with 10 KOs, faces former world-title challenger Marco Antonio Periban for the vacant WBA International super-middleweight title to kick off the pay-per-view telecast.

Being force-fed these overhyped "prospects" has tarnished the Showtime brand.

Whenever I see this annoying **** broadcast through my television I swear I feel like changing the channel. Whether it be a fight or on All Access, he always comes off as a glorified TMT groupie and overall douchebag. Ugh.

Floyd's in for one if he really thinks one of his fighters from the "tmt" stable is gonna replace him when he's gone. Love, bey, ishe there's really nothing there. All they are is Floyd's glorified sparring partners
