I suppose Gamboa doesn't? I don't see Garcia fidgeting around the ring, he already knows his identity in there and his patience would have worked well against Gamboa who's known to get overanxious and lunge.

In Mikey Garcia last fight, he was mentally breaking apart because the opponent wasn't standing there like a cardboard wall or heavy bag. He was reaching, being over anxious and showing a lack of mental stamina.

Crawford was nervous of course in that Burns fight, fighting in an entirely different country for your first world championship in the biggest spotlight of your life from fighting on undercards.If you watch the fight you will see him relax and look great.

He had a look of frustration and you knew he was frustrated by his body language, he was reaching. When you are reaching and not even close to landing you are showing a mental lapse. Remember boxing is more mental than anything and Garcia showed a weakness in how he becomes exhausted mentally with movers. Crawford can move.. He also can box. Garcia can box very well but his mental stamina may cost him later on in his career.

I like Gamboa's chances against Crawford more than I would have liked it against Garcia.

A inactive gamboa who is chinny and much shorter..... Gamboa last fought almost an entire year ago and looked very unimpressive when he did. Both Mikey and Terrence will make easy work.

But I agree, Crawford is an easiar fight.

It's a style thing. Crawford will hunch over and even fight inside often and give gamboas short arms a chance to work. Mikey will use full advantage of his advantages and fight Gamboa tall, and keep him on the end of hard right hands... Gamboa being Chinny isn't a good thing either.
