You need to change your poser ass user name with that post. There has never been this many great series in the first round before. Usually you get one good series and a bunch of sweeps and 4-1's. We could potentially have 6 out of 8 series go to a game 7 this weekend.
Floyd has never had to go up against that. Now like I said in my earlier post it could end up helping him as people getting together early for the playoffs may be enticed to order the PPV on a whim, but to say its business as usual is just ******....

2 of these WORLD CHANGING NBA game 7s that clearly EVERYONE IN AMERICA watches will be over by 11PM eastern at the latest.

If you are going to buy the fight you are going to buy the fight. You might change the channel a few times but it isnt a purchasing decision.

        Thank you.

You must not get out much. Normally people get together to watch some sports before they go out to celebrate cinco de drinko weekend. Three game 7's may be enough for people to pre game to before the fights, it may not and actually help the PPV's numbers like I said.
I was responding to your ignorant post about it being just another playoff game happening in early May, which 3 game 7's is clearly not business as usual. You would think someone with an NBA themed user name would know that much at least.

              Derp?

Stop saying 3 game sevens. Hawks v Pacers is on at 5:30EST and OKC MEM starts at 8.

These are 3 must see games. This is crazy how it worked out

ATL vs IND is a 1 vs 8 seed so its history if ATL wins. MEM vs OKC has been down to the wire every game and GSW vs LAC is gonna be big because of all the Donald Sterling stuff.

This fight might not go past 500k

Floyd fighting during the playoffs does not equal Floyd fighting on the same day as the NBA having 3 game 7's in a single day for the first time in their history.
In the past Floyd was going up against first round series that were for the most part weeding out the lower tier teams and the first round was basically done on Cinco de Mayo weekend. This different. Most people only have so much time for sports and 3 game 7's on cable vs an underwhelming $70 PPV may have an effect. Maybe not for you but it can for many casual fans that haven't been keeping up with the build up to this fight.
Also start times make a huge difference. Memphis/OKC could go into OT if the series stays to form, that could go well into the start time for the fight. Most people may finish the game and not want to pay $70 for the PPV if most of the fights are over, they may just tune in to Clippers/Warriors instead.

I'm watching the game 7s. Don't know about anyone else. If they're blowouts, I'll check a stream for the PPV. Sure as hell not buying it.

Great post Man, after watching the NBA (damn, 3 games playing on their final games to advance) me and my buddies will go straight downtown and continue on the party. We might go to a bar to watch the fight or just go straight to the club and start scouting the place for potential cinco de mayo sweet tarts.
