Khan is not scared of anyone and willing to step into the ring no matter who they put infront of him. He'd gladly fight Thurman. This is a fight where Khan would be brutaly KO'd though. Thurman is too powerful, no way Khan goes 12 rounds with Thurman.

Being the mandatory challenger to Mayweather or Pacquaio doesn't really mean much at all.

Khan can clearly land the Mayweather fight without needing to be his mandatory. Floyd isn't fighting Thurman either - he'll probably just drop the WBA belt as soon as he wins it from Maidana.
