Tevin Farmer started his career 7-4-1 under no management, taking fights on 1 week notice and not getting the proper training. Tevin didn't take boxing serious, he had terrible guidance and would eat cheesesteaks as his diet. Tevin always had talent and is a pure athlete. He relied on his slick power punching ways to get him through fights. After being stopped in his pro debut, he beat than 1-0 Angelo Ward in Ward backyard. He holds a draw with hot lightweight prospect Frank De Alba who is now 12-1-2 and has wins over local Philadelphia fighters Tim Witherspoon Jr (6-1-1), Kareem Cooley (2-1) and New Jersey fighter Tyrone Lucky (4-1-1).

3 out of 4 of his losses came to undefeated fighters (Farmer pro debut came to another pro debut Oscar Santana).

Farmers last lost came to Jose Pedraza (16-0 10ko) on October 12, 2012 in witch he was stopped in the final round. Fight was televised on Showbox. Farmer took that fight on 1 week notice.

In Farmers prior losing effort, he went the distance loosing a 8 round UD to top 5 rated Kamil Laszcyk (16-0 7ko). Another bout Farmer took on less than a week notice.

In Janurary of 2013, Tevin Farmer signed with Mark Cipparone of Club 1957 Management. Since then, Tevin has won 8 straight against solid competition, which includes than 8-0 Golden Boy prospect Camilo Perez, stoppage wins over tough Philadelphia brawler Victor Vasquez and Ecuador's Carlos Vinan. In Tevin's last fight, he won a 8 round UD over game Noel Echevarria 11-1.

Tevin now has a great team in Club 1957 Management. Mark Cipparone moved Tevin out of Philadelphia so he can be focused on his career and not throwing it away. Tevin is always in the gym and lives by the motto "Stay ready so you don't have to get ready". Tevin is a good looking kid, his boxing style is reminiscent of Pernell Whitaker and his glowing personality on camera will make the general boxing public from the age of 8 to 80 years old become a fan of the slick, counter punching, TV friendly Tevin Farmer.
