Then he probably won't get a Mayweather fight. A Latin fighter will always be favoured over him in May, and Mayweather only other month Mayweather fights in is September.

Its actually the other way around. We don't always get hispanic or mexican fighers on Cinco de Mayo weekend. See Pac/Hatton and Floyd/Mosley as recent examples. But we always get a Mexican on the top part of the card on Mexican Independance day weekend. Floyd/JMM, Floyd/Canelo Floyd/Ortiz, Canelo/Lopez. Floyd won't fight unless its a big Mexican holiday and Khan won't be ready in September.
Why do you think team Khan was pushing so hard for the fight in May? He knew if it didn't happen he would have to wait a year and potentially take another loss just by staying busy. Is Khan really going to take another year layoff if he beats Collazo??
