Khan gets a lot of criticism on here, maybe deserved, but he is the one in there risking his life. I believe he has good skills. Perhaps the move to 147 will prove that he has a better chin than we thought. I would have never thought Cotto was going to stand up to big punches after Chop Chop put the leather on him. Or remember Torres? Cotto proved to be pretty solid in his move up. Maybe Khan yields the same results. I understand Cotto wasn't stop in the aforementioned, but I for one thought his chin was suspect. I was wrong. I hope Khan does well, because he is an entertaining fighter... like him or not.

I didn't say he takes a great punch but did you see the hooks that hit Khan in Garcia and Prescott fights? those were Hayemakers man and well timed shots.

The same ones he landed on many other guys who didn't fall. If he had a solid beard, he would be tough for anyone to beat but it is what it is.

That excuse came several years ago, not last week. Fighters do tend to fill out as they mature and Khan was a very slight kid. It is possible he's outgrown 140 just like he outgrew 135.
