Yes, because it is Floyd. If I posted information about of an ex of mine having an ********, it would be seen as thoughtless and crude. How many people do I have on my Facebook account? About 300.

The fact that he is Mayweather means that more people, than usual, will know about something personal.

I can understand why he reacted that way, because I expect him to be upset and irrational. However, that doesn't change the fact that he should acted different, and it is noteworthy that he didn't show more restraint.

I've never had a hard time reading him until now, really.

I mean, there's always been drama around him (daddy issues, roger's court case, drama with 50 cent, etc, etc, etc...), but he's always managed to keep his composure during all of that stuff.

This is different. This looks like it has the makings of a huge meltdown. It likely won't happen in the ring, but it's still interesting to discuss.

If I were Floyd, I wouldn't be poking this chick with the stick like he's doing. Eventually she might bite back.

It is weird because he doesn't really have a single person he can talk to and be real (which I am sure why he rates his lawyer as one of his best friends he is one of the few people he can trust which is sad on so many levels), he could probably talk to Ellerbe but Leonard is busy doing stuff. You can tell he craves companionship, but has no idea how to cultivate relationships that will lead to what he wants. He thinks people will like him because he is helping them, and he seems to enjoy giving his money to people but I don't think he realizes how shallow that sort of relationship is or if he does he just doesn't care because that is all he knows.

That makes it very hard to relate to him, unless you have a lived a situation where people liked you because of money~

Him lashing out like this, I don't read much into it but it is a situation he has/had absolutely no control over which is not a usual circumstance for him anymore. It could end up in a huge meltdown though, but I don't know that Floyd could end up any other way because what he is doing can't last.

You make good points but The same stuff is going on the breast cancer thread. I hardly doubt if any other fighter made a donation to cancer or posted about this that the reaction would be the same.

in regards to the issue at hand, i've never had to deal w/ that but i can just imagine that his head is all over the place between blaming himself and then blaming her and dealing with those emotions.
