Comments Thread For: Mayweather: Never Used an A Game or B Game To Win

LAS VEGAS --- Marcos Maidana believes he can throw a ton of punches and use his aggressiveness to beat Floyd Mayweather when they meet on Saturday night at the MGM Grand on Showtime PPV.

"You got guys that's rugged and rough," Mayweather said. "The only thing with this guy is I want him to bring his best. Because if he brings his best, then he may be the first guy to make me actually dig into my bag of tricks and pull out my A game. So, hopefully, he make me pull out my A game. Because my whole career all I had to use was my D and C game to beat every guy. I never had to use an A game or a B game. We'll just have to see."

U Don't Need An A-Game When U Hand Pick Your Opponents

Roy Jones found that out when he hand picked Antonio Tarver and guessed wrong. Tim Bradley found this out when he hand picked Provo, and took the beatdown of his life. Floyd is about to get his too.

Most already know the guys Floyd is beating are beneath his level and that's why there are calls for a Pacquiao fight. He's seen as the one guy who can make Floyd pull out his A game.

However, I believe Floyd can beat Manny using his C game as well especially this version of Manny.

Same story every fight. You'll be the first to discredit him after another victory.

Cotto made you dig Floyd. Don't kid yourself. You even said after the Cotto fight you thought about retirement and he was tough as hell.

Flod just trying to talk trash now. You win by wide UD's and dominate most fighters, but you don't do it with one hand tied behind your back, lol. Let's be serious now.
