Lara has great speed for a 154 pounder (well..single shots mostly). Along with his timing he probably feels even faster.

Something about the way the Matthysse's learned to punch or something has to explain why they seem so heavy handed. Genes help but seriously.. All of them!?

Margarito is strongest because he fought him with plaster

Then he would be under strongest puncher, dummy. Plaster and strength dont necessarily go hand in hand.

Lara tagged him all night long. Simply a Beautiful performace by Lara. Still can't Believe Lara didn't get that win. That was a horrible decision.

Good stuff. Have been wanting to hear from Williams for a while now. I wish some reporter would actually take the time to go and visit him for an interview. A lot of respect for the Punisher!

With Margarito he said that every shot he hit you with was "a solid thump".

                    With Walter Matthysse he says:

"Best Puncher - Walter Matthysse – That was the first time when I got hit, my whole body felt numb. The crowd went real low (to me). I was like “Wow.” I moved around and could hear the crowd getting loud(er) and my body getting back (to) regular."
