I would like to see the formula they use (other than BullShit on a scale) to justify moving a LWW that was averaging a 7th rank, to a #2 and #4 ranked WW, without him ever fighting at the weight.

That was all set up just in case Floyd picked Khan ..... then Floyd and his over-protective fans would have said that at least Khan is ranked #2.
