So super rare circumstances. Lottery winners and some of the wealthiest people on the planet make more than Floyd Mayweather, is anyone surprised by that? The Thai guy's net worth is seemingly an adjustment on their end as his net worth is not significantly higher than it was 6 months or a year ago and his company's stock has not had any large fluctuation nor any news regarding it that I can find. It may also have something to do with Baht to USD conversion rates perhaps.
So we have Mark Zuckerberg and one of the wealthiest political backers in the country in Soros who have made more money than Floyd Mayweather. We are still talking almost exclusively about extraordinary gains and only a handful of people. Your original post implied that this was some sort of common event, yet it is almost exclusively extraordinary gains.

Who was arguing Floyd was the richest person on the planet (or anywhere close)? Nobody. You stated that some people make more money than Floyd's career earnings on a daily basis. I pointed out that it is in very rare circumstances and here we are. "Jabs don't count in boxing"Comment
