Its clear both sides are keeping quiet until after the fights this weekend.
I think we see things move quickly with Shaefer moving on and Oscar replacing him before Canelo/Lara in July.

Your point is invalid simply because you didn't thank Al Haymon.

For a guy who is not willing to throw Oscar under a bus, he sure is throwing him under the bus LOL. Mentioned Oscar and Rehab numerous times. Richard seems so bitter. We all know he is like Arum and is it sitting very high on the Narcissism scale.

This is what I see. Even the cantankerous old Bob still does business with others to make events. Richard does not, unless they are directly involved with Haymon.

You have to ask who is Richard really working for? Golden Boy or Haymon? Is he getting 1 cheque or 2? Oscar probably sees a major conflict of interest taking place here.

Ask other Promoters like Sampson Lewkowicz what it is like to deal with Richard.

i don't believe at all that arum was the cause of their feud...that is so lame so i don't get why schaefer keeps bringing up arum's name. the problem should already be there even before oscar decided to make peace with arum.

schaefer is talking about how important loyalty and business relationship is with him but i think those things are already falling apart between him and dela hoya. i think oscar is already questioning schaefer's loyalty. richard has aligned himself with haymon and espinoza and oscar may have found himself the odd man out. in retaliation, oscar may have decided to make peace with arum and do business with him again.

Like Richie says, he does business based on "relationships." WTF is that? Business is business, relationships come with the territory. Disney doesn't hire the worst actor in the world just because of self preservation! Haymon and Floyd are so far up his behind, like a parasite he doesn't know he has.

All I know is that ever since Schaefer came in the picture, the sport of boxing has gone down. Good fights are few and far between and most of the big fights are flops in the ring, and leave a bad taste in the mouths of fans. Schaefer is about the bottom line, doesn't care about the product or about ruining the sport over who's beer sponsor will be on the ring canvas. The new business model that Schaefer wants to use, is good for the fighters, who make more money and take less risk, but in the long term it will turn away fans, and not bring in new ones.

I would say Haymon has just as much to do with it as well. You look at his backround in concert promoting, its all about getting fans in the door, doesn't matter if the show sucks or not because by then the money is being counted. Kind of like with Floyd, he hypes himself up as a villain so people tune in to see him lose, doesn't matter when the fight ends up being boring as hell, the money is already being counted by then...

Boxing is such a joke.... Everyone involved in it, is basically a reality tv star, just begging or attention..

What major company would be so public with their disagreements?

Boxing has basically become a reality tv show, with more emphasis on ratings, PPV buys, network beefs, cold wars, legal disputes, flushing cash down the toilet, roids, trainers fighting with conditioning coaches, how much money fighters getting paid, advisors and virtually no talk of the actual fights themselves...

Main events are now going to court against him and that crook haymon, one interesting part is they stated that richard and haymon are taking the assets away from Oscar

just think about it, slowly all of golden boy fighters are signing for al haymon, soon golden boy will be finished, richard will jump ship to mayweather promotions once floyd is gone

It could come sooner, hence these rift reports are now coming to the media, he really is a dirt bag, terrible for boxing

So, what was the difference between Haymon/GB vs Duncan/TR?
