And here's what happened to the second negotiations, per Dan Rafael of ESPN

Friday's turn of events made that pretty clear. There have been previous negotiations and lots of rhetoric. At various times throughout this whole ordeal, I believe both sides have been to blame.

But at this moment, the fault of a fight not being made falls squarely on the shoulders of Top Rank promoter Bob Arum, who, in my view, simply doesn't want to make the match at a moment when there seems to be no legitimate impediment.

Now that Floyd Mayweather Jr. has been granted a delayed jail term, Manny Pacquiao's team is shying away from a May bout. Who shoulders the blame for the failure of matching boxing's biggest attractions? Top Rank's Bob Arum.

Don't forget the "STADIUM NEEDS TO BE BUILT" excuse too:

By Chris Williams: In the latest news involving Bob Arum making excuses for why he can’t match Manny Pacquiao up with Floyd Mayweather Jr. on May 5th, Arum is now saying he can’t make the fight because the MGM Arena, where Mayweather wants to fight on May 5th, is simply too small and inadequate for the fight.

Here's one more for you. These articles are everywhere and everyone should know that Floyd has never ducked Manny. Even Freddie admitted that. Here's Bleacher report:

Arum said that Pacquiao could fight in either May or June, depending on various factors, but upon hearing of Floyd's continuation of his sentence, backtracked and said that Manny needed more time to heal from his cuts sustained two months ago in November in the fight against Marquez.

When this excuse, and that's what it is, an excuse, was attacked and deemed to be illegitimate, Arum fired back by saying that the 40,000 person stadium that would need to be built for the fight to be staged outdoors in Vegas can't be completed until the end of May. This whole thing is just becoming really really frustrating and is really killing the sport.

I wonder what Arum would say if Las Vegas was able to put up the stadium in time for May 5th? What excuse would he pull then?

Broner doesn't have the footwork to beat Pacquiao, that doesn't have to be said but there is something positive of GB fighters calling out TR fighters,

If Broner fought Pacquaio, Manny would be arrested immediately after the fight for manslaughter. Broner better stick to Molina type opponents for now.

Once their PPV has passed, they'll all have forgotten like Floyd did.

                      Pacquiao, you're next!!
