The better question to ask rather than "Who wants to watch Winky?" should be, "Who wants to watch a Vargas that is plodding and safe?" Isnt it kind of funny that Vargas smack talks Winky for being defensive when he (Vargas) has all but adapted a safer style himself? Pot meet kettle.

I also find it unbelievable that he claims he had no knowledge of how to professionally cut weight when he fought Winky. That is utter BS. Amateurs are taught how to cut weight, and I fail to believe his camp at the time didnt know of better ways than eating egg whites.

You seriously think Vargas is better than Winky. Winky will beat Taylor, if it goes down, and he would embarrass Vargas in a boxing clinic. People can talk all the **** they want about Winky, but he's IMO the #2 P4P fighter in the world. His fights may be considered boring. They're definitely not action-packed, but I enjoy watching the defensive genius at work. His jab is incredible, and no one at 154 or 160 will beat him for a while, until he's past his prime.
