Pacquiao will have no problem fighting outside the US, but choose Macau or Morrocco, just not Mexico City where they are the most corrupt in the world. The drug cartel run that country, and they influence everything in that country. There are plenty of places to fight outside the US that's tax free, without choosing Mexico City. Has nothing to do with Marquez a legend down there, it has everything to do with how corrupt the country is.

These two guys have probably taken more of a toll on each other than all of their opponents combined. Anything beyond a trilogy is asking for trouble..the fourth fight was proof of that.
