I hope Ruslan gets this fight. He EARNED it. However, Oscar has already extended the olive branch. I can't see Manny turning down the challenge to fight Canelo. I'm surprised Manny and Freddie haven't responded to the suggestion already. They should JUMP at the chance to be in the biggest fight of 2014. Pacquiao vs. Canelo at 152 will be a BLOCKBUSTER.

not true.. roach is the scientist behind the creation. Marvin is just there to do the little work like lacing up the fighter's gloves, etc. Roach is the one that spends one on one time with the fighters to get some work done. Without roach, Marvin wouldnt know what to do.

The fighter known as the "Siberian Rocky" was in the running to face Manny Pacquiao and Juan Manuel Marquez but after they chose different opponents, he had to settle for Aligieri. Provodnikov admits that he was disappointed he didn't get a bigger fight after his career defining victory over Mike Alvarado, but insists he won't overlook Aligieri and he feels his time away from the ring may have benefited him.

Mayweather will be moving for at least the first 8 rounds of the fight, pot shots, one or two punches and moving along.
It will be nothing like any fight Pacquiao has fought in. Pacquiao isn't afraid to engage, isn't afraid to take a few shots, and Pacquiao throws in combinations.

So again returning to the original argument, how will a potential Provodnikov vs Pacquiao fight be exactly like Maidana vs Mayweather?
You haven't seen the fight yet. Mayweather won't move much in this fight. Watch him stand close to Maidana, make him miss, hit him hard, and eventually KO him.

I don't think they like it at all. Canelo will brutalize and KO Pac's ass within 6 rounds.

The Truth Is They Leverage Each Other To Land Other Fights; They Will Never Fight

These guys are very close friends. Nobody wants to fight Provo after the beating he gave Tim Bradley and Alvarado. Marquez wanted no part of Provo. Danny Garcia didn't want to fight Provo. Brandon Rios wouldn't fight Provo until Provo signed this current fight to defend his title, then Rios went into image control, raging he would have fought at '40, which was all BS; Provo gave him first shot and heard crickets. Marquez and Bradley wouldn't fight Pacquiao until Pacquiao and Provo began dialogue about fighting one another, then Bradley stepped up to finally agree to terms with Manny. Floyd won't fight Manny. So the only way these guys are getting fights today is to keep the dialogue in place that Pac may fight his best friend Provo; that's not happening.the rest of Boxing needs to grow a set and step up to guys like Provo.

You need drug tested. How ****** is your comment! Floyd has Paulie Mags type punching power and the only guys he KO's are opponents that drop their hands on a break and look to the referee for instructions. You're punch drunk if you think Floyd knocks anyone out, let alone Maidana. And I guarantee you he's not going to be wanting to stand close to Maidana.
