Does any one here aspire to be a Manager/Promoter?

Or is there any one who is already in the industry on this forum? How is it?

I know about some local promo companies and it is hard as hell. In the US boxing is a niche sport and its hard to find venues and when you do find a venue, its hard to fill seats.

Expect to take huge losses early on and if your lucky enough, one of your fighters will get over the hump and give you a building block.

      I'm interested in advising/representing/managing fighters/athletes as a side hustle.

        Thanks.

Yeah I heard you lose money in the beginning, but that is any business. I think of doing grassroots shows as a promoter for prospects like Broadway Boxing in NY do something like that up here in Canada. Then go on from there.
