If Foreman and Povetkin were to fight, you should ask yourself : would Foremand be able to land at least 7-8 hard punches on Povetkin's head? I don't think so.
Povetkin is way too athletic for Foreman. Just look at Povetkin's footwork, balance and feints. This guy is clearly an elite boxer!

I am a Wladimir Klitschko supporter but I really believe that Povetkin can give it to him if he suddenly gets old/ doesn't apply the right strategy.

When it comes to the Charr-Povetkin fight, tell me I am crazy but I believe Povetkin would struggle more against Charr then Foreman

-------> Why do I believe in this controversial statement?

Well, Charr means PURE PRESSURE ( when he wants to put it) and a solid defence with his shell guard. To land flush on Charr you must throw 3-4 accurate punches. The only current boxers that would land clean on Charr in less thant 3 punches* would be Wladimir Klitschko and David Haye because of their very fine skills.

So there is clearly a danger that Povetkin gets tired in the second half of the fight if Charr puts pressure as he 's used to do it masterfully.

Still Povetkin is 60-40 favorite to me though. Apart from his defence and stamina, he outclasses Charr in every department ( speed , reflexes and a little more power). Povetkin fights very well on his frontfoot, but will he be able to fight on his frontfoot on fight night? That is, to me, the biggest question that we should ask ourselves for this fight!
I know this post is from many pages back, but I just had to reply.

Did you seriously say Charr has solid defense? Charr's defense is terrible. Sure, he has a tight guard, but he has zero head movement. I would pick Wilder to knock Charr out.

I'm not trolling. If I wanted to troll I'd go a different route.
trolling = using the race card when theres a debate going on. you added absolutely nothing to the discussion. all you did was pull out the race card (from being butt hurt of how badly wlads nut huggers are being schooled) thats trolling in my book. also. we are talking about wlad compared to great heavyweights (who said wlad wasn't the number one heavyweight of today?) thats not even the debate. when you try to step over other fighters who've done a hell of lot more (& you even go as far as trying to re write history) of course there will be those who will gladly take you up on teaching you the ins and outs of fighters.

has nothing to do with race or nationality in which you brought up.

He isn't a bum but the fact that he is a top 10 win for Wlad speaks volumes

Excuse me for not being naive and not see the sport for what it really is.

Wlad is an ATG HW, that's my opinion. What's funny is what you guys criticize Wlad for, give props to other greats.

Yet Ali and his whole generation were cruiser weights at their best. In fact, their whole bunch wouldn't even stand a chance in 2014.

The only advantage today's HWs would have over them is size. Ali and his generation's fighters were more skilled.

That's a person's opinion though. Looking at some of the ATG top 10 and their resume, they're not all that either with the exception of very few.
