Porter has a mandatory with Brook and after Porter beats Brook then I'm down to see it. Someone said Thurman/Guerrero. That would be a good scrap. Say what you will about Guerrero but in the fight with Floyd he showed some looks that wasn't bad at all. Just that he was fighting Mayweather but I think he can give problems to a lot of other guys at WW.

I'll say one thing though. Broner does not belong in 147. If he continues to fight there he is going to get massacred by the top guys.

Unless something has changed recently, his team says they are staying at 140 for now.

Guererro is an exceptional fighter despite him losing to Floyd. Guererro-Thurman would be good and might turn out being Guererro-Berto kind of fight. I would love to watch that fight.

I would love to see Thurman/Porter, hopefully after their next fights. Two young, undefeated, exciting fighters in their prime.

But the way boxing is now, you can probably count on at least one of them (and their team), protecting that "0" as long as possible. Hopefully I'm dead wrong.

Make the fight. Both are young and a loss to each other wouldn't necessarily hurt either's career.

Thurman just beat Karass, who showed more skill against Aydin and Berto than Guerrero did. Porter > Guerrero.

That's what I'm wanting to hear!!

I really like both these guys.

Is it just me or has Porter been in tougher in general thus far in their respective careers?

At any rate, even though I think Porter's destruction of Malignaggi trumps last night's effort from Thurman, it might play right into One Time's good counters if Showtime tries to overwhelm him.

I thought Thurman looked really good last night beating up the faded(and now probably done?) Julio Diaz.

I really don't know who to pick between the two right this minute, but we as fans will likely be the big winners if this fight gets made.

                    Bring it!

Throw in Kell Brook for a round robin of 3 undefeated fighters going at it and I'd be happy.
