  • Besides speech, other effects of brain damage from boxing?

    Other than slurred speech, what are some other effects of taking too many punches to the head?

    Let's compile a list.

        When you are dealing with damage to the brain, the side effects are too numerous to mention. Gotta understand that the brain of basically the controller of the body. So just imagine...

            also ****s with your hormones i think, atleast something like that with james toney, his pituitary is shrunken or some sht

            another is depression(which again is from ***ed hormones more than likely)

              Indeed, this is a dangerous ass sport . Hypothetically speaking, even if I was the most athletically gifted boxer I wouldn't take it up, too dangerous.

                Neurological, psychological and physiological damage in innumerable ways.

                It's really bad, if you want some literature, look up the studies for the NFL and concussions. It pretty much can impact the entire body and brain in ways you couldn't even imagine.

                Mood disorders. Loss of memory. Loss of motor skills and function. Headaches. Migraines. Loss of brain function. Etc, etc.

                  Nah that was from abusing steroids.

                  Using a lot of roids lowers your T.
