Both commentary's were bad. Show times was comical though.

Damn close fight. I couldn't call rounds 7 or 11. So I gave them to mayweather because the judges did. With those rounds mayweather won 7-5. That's may take. Cotto lost due to his conditioning. He ran out if gas when he was smashing Floyd. Floyd didn't and over took the fight. Simple as that.

If cotto would have just throw. One more combo each round it would have been and thriller and cotto may have pulled it. He clearly didn't. Cotto himself said he lost. Floyd himself said cotto was his toughest fight.

A more aggressive cotto would make for a compelling fight. Cotto is back to his body attack with roach. Anyone who wouldn't want to see those two duel again are not fans of boxing.

If u watch the version they giving on Showtime, those commentators had Floyd's balls slapping their chins all night. HBO was more fair IMO. Floyd def won, idk who thinks he didn't. Close rds though but he was winning them regardless of how close they were.

Those chins had dents and bruises like a jack hammer jab after 12 rounds.

Also in Floyd's opinion. He said it was his toughest fight to date as well. Before that he credited Emmanuel Agustus as his toughest fight, coincidentally EA also busted up his nose. It seems like if you can make Floyd bleed he gives you props. Offensively that wasn't Floyd's best fight as far as connecting goes. Above average accuracy like always but even for Floyd they were low.

Agreed ... Floyd is so good that if you win a round you get props...but the nose thing is good aesthetics as well.
