    Trinidads Performance?

i thought both guys showed tremendous power and heart but I felt trinidad looked SLOW and kept on gettin hit by many of mayorgas punches. also whats up with trinidads stance, hes feet looked clearly outta balance? I also gotta question his power? trinidad also missed ALOT of clearly placed shots, was this part of the plan? anyways i thought both guys gave a hell of a fight, just wonderin if any of yall notice this also. peace

Having not seen the fight, but sounds like a fighter that had a 2 yr. layoff and is into his 30's. For those of you who saw the fight do you guys think Trinidad can go straight to the top fighters at 160 and 154 or will he need a couple more tuneups?

I gotta admit man. And **** that Trinidad looked good. A few ring rust but he still proved that he can still do it. I bet it was more a question of first round jitters more than anything.

After two and a half years out and you say he did not do that good? Forget it man, Trinidad did great against a tough opponent.
Remember that even Ray Leonard was rusty in his first return in 1984 against that bum Kevin Howard or something. Trinidad is not ready for Hopkins yet but he is getting there.

^^ Tito landed over 70% of his power shots and over 65% of his overall shots. I dare you to find 3 fights (ever) that went more than 5 rounds where one boxer has those stats. I dare you. You must be crazy if you think he didn't look good. Give Mayo credit for his heart and his balls.
