Should Pacquiao bring back Michael Moorer to help train him?

Dude Moorer and Manny had a good chemistry when you seen them on 24/7, it was almost like Pac was listening to him more than he was with Roach, maybe Roach got jealous and fired him or let him go because he was getting to close to Pac and Pac was listening to his advice more.

That was the fight where Pacman followed everything Moorer was showing him in the ring, the roll under move and right hook counter, Moorer was a small south paw heavyweight and was a hard puncher he seemed to add more strategy than Roach. Moorer would watch Pac from outside the ring and study him, Roach just did the same mittwork while Moorer made adjustments.

Since Pac brought back Fortune do you think he should get Moorer back? I mean already learned everything he could from Roach.

It won't matter Hectari, Pcs next opponent is going to knock him out with a glancing Jab to Pacs silky smooth Asian hair he's got.

It could be good, but nothing is going to bring back the Pacquiao of the passed.

Michael Moorer pissed off everyone at the Wildcard gym during that camp thats why he got fired. He pretty much tried to take charge of the gym and implemented his own new rules and everyone got mad at him.

If you remember even in 24/7 Freddie said Michael kicked out some politicians from the gym and Manny got really pissed for that.

True, but Moorer taught Pac boxing skills and was teaching him how to set traps. I can't find the old videos on youtube they had some videos of him analyzing and telling Pacman adjustments in the ring, and Pacman was listening to him.

Roach is limited, he doesn't seem to care anymore because already has fame and riches. Moorer was more like a teacher, a guy who really was studying tapes and trying to make adjustments and teach Manny how to use is brains more and set traps and stuff like that.

Roach seems the jealous type, he got rid of Ariza when Ariza and Pac were close, and he started getting jealous when he saw articles praising Ariza and not him for Mannys rise in weight. Roach didn't want Moorer to get to close, remember Roach had a falling out over money with Fortune but the truth is he didn't want Fortune to get too close to Manny.

Roach is a very possessive person when it comes to his cash cow. Also remember Mike Tyson offered to help train Pacquiao with Roach and Roach rejected his offer? I thought Roach was a friend? why wouldn't he let Tyson help Manny or any other fighters in his gym when Tyson was interested in training fighters? Probably didn't want Tyson to get more attention on 24/7 than him or him to bond with Pac.

It wouldn't hurt but roach is an egomaniac. I think mike Tyson assisting as a trainer would be a good asset. They both have that punchers mentality and he can teach Pac better headmovement.

I don't know about Moorer, but it seemed to me that Ariza got credits he didn't deserve. There were a lot of fights where Pac was gasping for breath as far back as the Clottey fight. Pac resisted his conditioning regimen. Look at how Pac did in the Rios fight, whis ws almost equivalent to a Clottey fight. It was an older Pac in the best shape of his boxing career.

I also saw Maidana gasping for breath as early as the fourth round in his fight with Broner.

yeah, Roach ego mania and selfishness has hurt and limited Pacman in the long run.

Roach brought Moorer in because Roach knew that he already taught all he could to Pacman, than when Pacman has one of the most amazing performances and some writers were praising Moorer as the one who came up with the plan, Roach fires him and claims its because people didn't like him in the gym.

Well when Roach hired him he even said he knew Moorer had a cold personality and was standoffish, and was helping him get more open with people and felt being a trainer would help him.

Roach is a true control freak with jealousy issues.
