I'll be the first to say that Ishe Smith is a dull fighter that doesnt pocess much skill but something he said stood out to me.. "What does he do for my career?" and thats so true. Rosado loses all of his big fights, yes hes "game" but hes the type of opponent for up and comers or tune ups, at this point in Ishe's career Rosado does nothing for him. We cant say hes ducking the man because cmon.. he was about to fight Erislandy Lara who was going to school Smith, Smith doesnt need to fight a gatekeeper, hes looking for a lightning in a bottle fight, the risk isnt worth the reward to him. It has nothing to do with skill but logic, Rosado does nothing for Ishe Smith, for Rosado its just a way to get back in the win column

Rosado is a name and a better fight than the guy he's fighting now way better. Ishe just isn't very good and I think Rosado would of won clearly and Ishe knows that.

Wow!!! Rosado is waaaay better than Smith. Smith is a very weak opponent that was going to get his a$$ handed to him against Lara. He probably thinks that he should get the winner of Canelo vs. Lara.

Rosado stepped up to the plate and fought Golovkin when nobody wanted him. He beat J'Leon Love but got robbed because Love is one of Mayweather's dingleberries. Ishe Smith won his title from a 40 year old Bundrage. I would watch Rosado over Smith anyday. He's got balls. Smith talking about taking steps back but he's fighting Ryan Davis? Who the **** is Ryan Davis?

Ishe is fighting a tune-up next (Davis) when he was going to fight a top contender (Lara), that's why Rosado responded negatively. Like Ishe said, his handlers plan to get him another world title shot. Rosado stands a reasonable chance at spoiling that plan, hence why Davis got the call. Smith wants to get back in the win column too. I don't like Ishe enough to watch him fight a stay-busy opponent.

When I hear the name Ryan Davis, I think of the Jacksonville Jaguars.
