I'm starting to think rocky marciano may be the greatest heavy!

I'm the biggest ALI fan their is but he has admitted to not training like
he should for many notable fights including ALI/FRAZIER 1 and ALI/NORTON 1.
This is a big turnoff to me.In order to be the best,a fighter needs to train
100% for every fight like Marciano did and Mayweather does!
Total dedication 100% of the time should be a category to judge a fighters
greatness just like all other criteria, like level of opposition etc.Marciano
took every fight very seriously because he was a real pro and he never
lost because of his dedication. Also,no other heavyweight in history did
so much with so little!!..their is something to be said about that.

Ali would've done de****able things to that man in the ring.

Yeah ... that about sums it up. It would be nice, though, to see a few more heavyweights actually take care of themselves and get into decent condition as opposed to rolling into the ring looking like Ron Jeremy. I'm so sick of seeing thick layers of flab hanging over guys' groin protectors.

this right here talls you what Marciano had to overcome to become champion and defend his crown...BUT!!!!! He never faced someone of that size with the speed, movement and coordination...BUT Marciano beat everyone in his era and never ducked a fight so imo he is easily a top 5 heavyweight

OK, that was my bad. I still think Ali would've had a field day with Marciano.
