    Galahad vs Quigg vs Frampton

    Lets have it,

Who takes it from these three?

Sources close to me have told me having sparred with 2 of the 3 Galahad punches the hardest, although Quigg felt relatively powerful too. Can't comment on Frampton but I suspect he's around the same.

I personally like Galahad due to his fight anyone attitude, and off camera he is actually a pretty sound lad.

Don't mind whichever goes through to face Cruz

Frampton is the most talented, he'll go further than the other two.

Quigg: is a paper champion and they actually try to build him up as the proper champ where as it is Rigondeaux holding the legit strap. He has ducked Frampton shamelessly.

Galahad: thinks he is Naseem Hamed just because he has Yemeni origin. He is however, making solid progress, but doesn't posses serious power. The guy he beat for the European title was sub-par, hence why they are now chasing the Commonwealth belt, because it's not only a good belt to add to the collection it also gives them time to develop.

Still needs a good year and a half to call out world level boys.

Frampton: easily the most talented and the best. Didn't need too many bum fights to develop due to his amateur pedigree. Stopped guys like ex 2 time IBF champ Steve Molitor in his 15th and current IBF champ Kiko Martinez in his 16th bout.

He will not only be a world champion, but I have hope you will see him on HBO/Showtime.
