TR and GBP are the same crap
to a fighter's promoter the state of the sport isn't their source of income; the state of their fighter is. it makes the most sense to milk fighters for lots of $$ rather than throw them directly to the wolves.
The only way you routinely get the fights people want is if the promotion (ie GBP/TR) and organization (ie WBC/IBO/etc) are the same thing like the UFC where basically the more exciting their sport is the more money they make. But that's not gonna happen in boxing with current fighter salary expectations.
