I think floyd wins a decision by fighting in a defensive style and using the ring a lot. he was super quick of hand and feet and more mobile than the professor, especially when he was in his early 20s at 130.

Nelson might stun him with an overhand right, but he loses 116-112

Mayweather is better technically and his physical gifts at the weight would be too much for Azumah.

Nelson was better at 126 and Floyd's best weight was arguably 130 so I'd go with Floyd.
