I'm not sure yet, but WBA is cool with it as long as they're not responsible in any way. It's up to Lebedev's camp and the Russian jurisdiction

They should fine Jones and give the money to Lebedev to cover his expenses.

And Lebedev should absolutely refuse to fight. He looked like the Elephantman last time he fought that roided POS.
