What type of company is it? Corp, partnership, etc...? Not sure what Oscar's role is as far as the company roles. I know they are partnered with certain fighters but what role does Oscar play?

its a corporation with Oscar being the largest shareholder with over 50%, he is the boss and as such he hires people to run the business for him (richards,Erik gomez and at one time Espinoza) like every other major business owner does in the world.

Floyd was guaranteed 40 million minimum to fight Canelo. There was a thread of $40 million check pics which means he only got minimum pay. In other words showtime and gbp lost money on that fight. Otherwise, Floyd would have been paid more.

gbp made more money for the mayweather/canelo fight than they made for any fight. it was the biggest grossing fight of all time.
