I agree but it's a mix of both in my opinion

He waited for Mosley to get beat down by Pacquiao and turn older to fight him, he waited for Cotto to get destroyed by Pacquiao and turn older to fight him... He keeps waiting for Pacquiao to turn older but he still isn't confident.

In order for Floyd to someone, he'd have to see MAJOR flaws and that the fight is as safe as possible for him. He does this by either A) Picking old fighters, B) Draining young ones and C) Bloating lightweights and cheating them on the scales which is what happened with Marquez.

Why are you addressing that and not the part where he admits he's the reason why the fight hasn't happened?

              Floyd stay ducking.

It's obviously PEDs but continue hating....
Manny has agreed to PEDs testing since the beginning except for the cutoff dates and accepted exactly what Floyd wanted for like over 2 years now. So that is not the reason but the excuse. Floyd is seeing Manny on the decline and thinks that he can beat him now ..... meaning, he thought he couldn't beat him before.

I know and it's only logical that he would admit that in an interview right, how much cock sucking one have to do to not see what's obviously being mentioned? I mean soon after he brought up the situation between Ariza, Roach, said Pacquiao wasn't hitting as hard, said Pacquiao was getting tired but all of a sudden it's 'He didn't think he could beat him before'
