The promotor Bob Arum has announced that the third fight between Erik Morales and filipino Manny Pacquiao is guaranteed to happen in september 16th, with in seven months.

Arum, owner of Top Rank, has said that both Ceasar's Palace and Wynn Resorts Casinos will work together to promote the fight.

In previous days Pacquiao made public that he will not accept the fight with Erik Morales at 132 lb's, at which Arum said "when i spoke to Shelly Finkel she told me there wouldn't be a problem having this fight above the super-featherweight limit, so surely we will be able to find a solution."

As far as the physical preparation that morales must accomplish for his thrird bout with the asian fighter, Arum said " he cant go into training to cut weight, he has to be close to the weight limit when he goes in to training."

The interviewee remembered that Morales was dominating Pacquiao until the fifth round, "but his legs were finished, so the last two weeks before the thrid fight he should already be at the weight limit so he can get his body prepared, not to cut weight, and if he does that,he will be a new fighter and win."

Bob Arum will send a nutritionist to the Morales camp to make sure that he arrives stronger to his next meeting with Pacquiao.

As far as the person that should take charge of his training, the american promoter said "his father has approved to be a great trainer", referring to Jose "Olivaritos" Morales.

As it is, if the pride of Tijuana defeates Manny Pacquiao in September, the head of TOP RANK said he had good plans for the three time world champion because "nobody in PPV sales like erik Morales".

thanks bro... lol... if arum is really confident that erik will beat manny, then do it at 130... and if he plans to give a top-of-the-line nutritionist then simplest logic would tell us that morales will be able to get at 130... arum = $
