I dont know why people give broner such a hard time for looking up to floyd either. Fighters have been doing this kind of thing forever. Just look at ali in the buildup to the first liston fight he was all about telling people he was like sugar ray robinson how only those 2 could move like that. Plus every fighter has an ego some it just shows more
