If we can find a livestream of Nippon TV we are in business...working on it right now. I think there is a legal one somewhere on their website but the pages are just buttons and buttons of japanese so little translates.

Apparently there is something to do with broadcasting licensing in Japan that doesn't allow them to livestream their television broadcasts so the Nippon TV page is probably a dead end. I'm not having any luck looking in other places.
