Any of you former boxers..how does one increase hand speed? I typically thought less muscle mass and just natural snap but I see Maidana is actually looking bigger than he did for Broner. So I must ask out of curiosity, what would be the best approach as an established fighter to develop faster hand speed? Training with weighted hands? Or something else?Comment

If Ariza can't help Maidana with his stamina issues, forget about speed. I tend to think that speed and good stamina go together. If the Maidana that fought Broner shows up, you can forget about a competitive fight. That same Maidana will get KO'd by Floyd.Any of you former boxers..how does one increase hand speed? I hear you but he's never been fast even early on in fights, so that's why i'm asking those who've trained extensively. I don't think stamina will be an issue tho, if they really are training him for 100 punch per round output we all know he ain't coming anywhere near that in a fight, I think he'll be alright, although that promo shoot he was looking a lil bit pudgy. If he's smart tho he won't try to fight the clinch, he tends to expend a ton of energy trying to push his opponents out of a clinch.Comment

Didn't you see his power evaporating the moment random blood tests were mentioned? It's because he stopped taking the vitamins. Amir Khan left immediately because he knew that **** was about to get caught and see how he started visiting the canvass more often.
I was not talking about Pacquiao but Brandon Rios in my earlier post.Comment
