Actually since you know nothing you can teach speed by having correct form , Keeping elbows tuck and turning your wrist and the end of impact keeps your punch straight so that you have more speed, also doing bag drills helps with speed.

While we're on the subject, olympians get caught doping left and right with olympic-style drug testing, but it stays under wraps due to money and corruption. Floyd was an olympian, he should know. That's why he "trusts" USADA.

Is he giving him some of those 'vitamins' he used to give Manny Pacquiao? We know his previous fighter failed a drug test and they blamed a contaminated container.Thank God for the drug tests Mayweather implemented.

Floyd deserves some credit, but his version of "Olympic-style" drug testing has its flaws. It doesn't contain CIR testing, which detects synthetic testosterone...the new trend of PEDs that busted Lamont Peterson. It was VADA that busted Peterson.

Floyd's long layoffs between fights also make him suspect. Unlike most fighters that fight 3-4 times a year and get tested, Floyd if he wants can basically take whatever without being tested to prep for his 1 fight each year.
