I hate Khan but if he beats Collazo and Porter/Brook winner or Thurman he deserves his lottery ticket.

If Khan beat both Collazo and Porter he would deserve a Mayweather shot. I don't feel a win over Collazo would really be enough and I doubt if Collazo beats Khan whether he would be a serious contender for a shot either.
Porter is being talked about by Shaefer as a potential Mayweather opponent so if that is the case should Khan beat him he would warrant the big fight.
However should Khan get past Collazo I see him sitting on his a$$ playing the waiting game again and not risking another loss. That is what he has been recently doing and unless Maywather had a conditional contract with him that he would fight him if he beat Porter that fight would never happen.

Uh yeah, that's usually how it works. Beat someone with a heartbeat, or 2 and land a big fight. Being scrapped off of the canvas and barely beating a journeyman and an absolute nobody doesn't get you much.

Can't see khan wanting to fight Porter, that chin would get checked big time, I even think Kell deep down is wishing he had an easier route, but he'll do better than Amir would.

if those things transpired, i don't think anyone would have a right to complain about the fight. tall task though.

The Alexander debacle suggests that should Khan get passed Collazo (and that's more of a when than an if for me), there's a chance that he waits it out and avoids the risk of Brook/Porter. Which is a damn shame.

His observance of Ramadan most likely means that he wont fight in September so he'll need to get another fight in before May 2015. The winner of Brook/Porter would be ideal but, if he doesn't look as solid at welterweight as he's hoping then most likely fight someone in the mould of Guerrero who's flat footed and light fisted.

Of course! If Khan can beat Collazo and Porter, fans would demand a Floyd fight! Reality is he can't even overlook Collazo cause that's a dangerous fight for him. He would last just as long as Paulie did with Porter.

Porter will lose soon enough. Also never bet your points on khan cause anything can happen with that guy
