Exactly, and I am sure Ruslan feels the same way Vanes felt. It was kinda eye opening when he said it feels like hes a real pro now, cause when he was with freddie he said he didnt get no attention from freddie and it was basically just him and his dad training.

Better late than never, but if its true that he literally trained himself most of the times he should have jumped ship sooner. It's not as bad cuz he is 27 and still can come back. He is not my favorite or anywhere near that, but I wish him the best.

a lot fighters fired roach for the same reason... khan, chavez jr, linares, benevidaz etc.. its because roach spends most of his time with pacquiao.. for example: khan vs garcia fight roach was training pac in philippines so khan trained himself at wildcard for a large part of the camp

Vanes wasn't thrilled about where he fit in in the pecking order. I saw him at Wildcard once. Massive chip on his shoulder seemingly. He looked at me with that stink face. Poor guy.
