Do you have a favorite boxing personality (non fighter)?

I get a kick out of listening to Steve Bunce on the British fight feeds. He is passionate about the sport and you can tell he really loves it. Plus he is a colorful character who can talk, usually good for at least one laugh every telecast.

Is there a writer, commentator, interviewer or analyst that really adds to your enjoyment of the sport? Who do you like and why?

Max Kellerman, Teddy Atlas, Jim lampley, DLH (since he isn't an active fighter), larryx, and that dude who trains Katsidis.

      Max Kellerman.

For obvious reasons, he's the brightest person in boxing, who is not afraid to state his opinion and fight against the powers that be. He can be hyperbolic at times, but it's not overwhelming.

Also, Pauli M. ATG Elephant ****. 2nd best commentator. He's going to have a splendid career as a broadcaster. A natural.

Writers: Eric Raskin. Dude is bright, young, and sees the big picture. It's a shame he doesn't write more.

The grantland writers are pretty good too. Seems like it would be a ton of fun to watch fights with em.

        lol @ larryx

Do you guys truly enjoy Kellerman? For some reason it's hard for me to take him seriously when he's calling a fight. Maybe because Roy Jones is always contradicting him

Paulie recently, but before him I liked Teddy and Mauro Ranallo is cool too.
